How we build strong remote teams?
One Tech Lead per team
We pair sets of remote engineers with very experienced tech leads. The tech leads are responsible for designing, scoping, assigning tasks to, and mentoring the remote engineers.
Dedicated experts for each project
We find the experts required for the project, who help the team get things done faster using the best approaches.
Transparent Performance Review
We collect metrics around the performance of each engineer and these are reviewed by the Tech Lead. The metrics are then sent to everyone, and we provide coaching to help improve performance.
